What is Spinal Flow

Spinal Flow Technique, combines cutting-edge science and spirituality and is a gentle and holistic approach to releasing and clearing blockages of emotional, chemical and physical stress accumulated within the nervous system to bring the body back to a state of calm and to healing to occur.  It is a very specific and replicable technique which works with the 7 gateways and 33 access points of the spine to guide the body to naturally release stored stresses from the body, allowing it to move from a sympathetic (fight, flight, freeze) to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state.  Spinal Flow helps people to find, uncover and discard stored or hidden trauma held in the body for a long time, causing blockages, disease, and illness, resulting in a healing wave where every cell of the body feels connected and free.  It also facilitates a full rewiring of the brain, and your body relearns what it already knew, to begin with — how to self-heal.

Tracey offers Spinal Flow sessions to help guide your body to naturally release stored stresses, bring your nervous system back into balance, restore your body back to a state of calm and activate your ability to relax, recover and heal.  During your session, Tracey will use this powerful yet gentle healing modality, consisting of light touches to areas of openness in the body and spine called “access points”, without any manipulation, popping or cracking to identify specific blockages which are impeding nerve and energy flow as well as find where your body is holding stress.  In your initial Spinal Flow session, Tracey will get to know you and gather information about any past and current health concerns, symptoms you may be experiencing as well as where you are in your health and wellbeing journey.  She will conduct an assessment by having you make some simple movements to identify where any blocks are in the nervous system that are causing pain, ailments and disease.  You will then start your journey to health and wellbeing in your first Spinal Flow session.  All sessions require you to lie face down on a massage table, fully clothed, as Tracey uses gentle touches to help open up blockages, facilitate the release of stressors and imbalances from your nervous system and leave you feeling calm, with more energy, a sense of ease, enjoying more restful sleep, improved mental clarity and focus as well as a feeling of overall well-being. Spinal Flow session can be undertaken face to face.
